Apartment Verde

Introduction

Apartment Verde is one of our four self-catering apartments in the beautiful surroundings of Rambla de Oria in the heart of the Andalusian countryside.

Location and Views

The property sits high up on the side of the valley with stunning views in all directions. Just below the house is our olive grove and fruit orchard, which provide us with fabulous extra virgin olive oil and delicious orange juice.

Property Description

The property consists of our main house, an old cortijo built over 100 years ago with a one-bed apartment that runs along the side.

Your Apartment

Your apartment is one of three in a building which used to be used as an animal shelter and for storing and drying the produce grown on the land.

Interior Features

The apartment's stepless entrance, off a shared courtyard (ramp available), opens into the spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area. This room has a large wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The large bedroom with twin beds can be made up into a king-size bed, air conditioning, and TV.

The separate bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

In the cooler months (not many!), underfloor heating has been installed throughout the entire apartment for your comfort.
